Your fitness experience is tailored to your specific needs and circumstances, ensuring that changes are manageable for you in order to build a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained for the long-term.

Personal training programmes require an holistic approach to ensure success, therefore, I focus on elements outside of your one-to-one sessions, including your diet, habits and lifestyle. Guided by you, we can make decisions and changes to improve your health and wellness, ensuring we are meeting your fitness goals in a time to suit you.

I have all the necessary equipment for a safe and effective workout, therefore not needing the use of a gym, meaning sessions can be at a time and a place to suit you.

Sessions can be booked individually, or block booked (4+) at a discounted rate. Block bookings include a health and lifestyle overview, exercise programmes, session plans, dietary advice and regular progress checks.

If you would like to train with a friend, you also have the option to booked paired sessions. Got more than one friend you want to train with? No problem! Small groups can also be catered for, allowing you to have the personal training experience at a reduced rate.

Online personal training via Zoom is also available.
